Can I track my order?

Yes, once your package has been lodged with Australia Post we will send a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you can't see it in you Inbox - please check your 'spam' or 'junk' folder. Alternatively you can use the tracking tool on our 'homepage' to track your order. If you still can't find it contact us and we will be happy to help.

How much will it cost to deliver my order?

Orders of $100 or more will be delivered within Australia FREE. All orders less than $100 will be delivered at the flat rate of $10. All orders are sent via Australia Post with a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery.

Is it safe to use my credit card here?

Yes! We utilise industry standard encryption to ensure your personal and credit card details remain confidential. After processing an order, no credit card details are retained. At no time do we transmit insecure personal information over the Internet. See our Privacy Policy.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards and debit cards, along with Paypal and  ZipPay.

How will you deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered in plain packaging via Australia Post. There will be no mention of Intimate Events on the external packaging. For more information, see our Shipping Page.

Where do you deliver to?

From this store, we deliver to Australia only.

What if I'm not home?

If there is no-one to accept your delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post Office. Australia post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
